Project Profile

New Indianapolis International Airport, Midfield Terminal

ERMCO, Inc. is completed work on several projects for the new Indianapolis International Airport including Security for H53, Airport Garage, Midfield Terminal, Fire Alarm and Paging Systems. ERMCO has also completed work in the new Tower.

The new glass enclosed terminal includes 96 ticketing positions, a Civic Plaza, and an advanced baggage handling and security system. There is 446.000 sq.ft. of leasable space along with 77,000 sq .ft. of retail space. The new terminal is an increase in size of the old terminal from 673,000 sq .ft. of space to 1.2 million which is equivalent to nearly 22 football fields!

The parking garage is one of the largest of its kind providing 7100 spaces. The old parking garage accommodated only 1800 spaces. Both Concourse A and B will provide 40 terminal gates.
