As the Director of Estimating and Engineering, Chad is required to take a lead role in determining opportunities to be pursued, assign work to estimating staff and oversee progress of estimates, review finished estimates with estimator and help finalize proposals for submittal, while assuring procedures are in conformance with company standards. He is further required to ensure that maximum effort is put forth to secure the work, both before and after a proposal is submitted.

Education:
Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management, specializing in Electrical Construction.
