ERMCO President Serves as Panelist for ICA Leadership Development Event

The Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis was the setting for the Leadership Development Committee (LDC) Central’s April 21 program featuring Industry leaders Tom Dapp, Chairman and CEO, Gradex, Inc.; Darrell Gossett, President, ERMCO, Inc.; Mike McCann, Senior Vice President & COO, Pepper Construction Co. of Indiana, LLC and Paul Tate, Regional Vice President Central Indiana, Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. The leaders discussed their views on "Balancing Work Life with Home Life," and shared some tips on how to meet the expectations of your employer as well as your family. The panelists also shared which “Management Styles” they use to be successful. After identifying particular management styles, moderator Jason Richmond, E & B Paving, Inc., asked panelists to share how they arrived at that style and how it affects time management for them and their subordinates.
