ERMCO Welcomes New Employees
	Jim Brown Director, IT Services Jim Brown has joined ERMCO as the Director of IT Services. Jim is from Munster Indiana and has been in IT for about 10 years. His roots are in a civil engineering firm but the last 7 years he worked in the healthcare industry with Rest Haven Christian Services/Providence Management and Development. In his spare time, Jim likes watching Football, especially the Chicago Bears, and he enjoys sports in general. Technology is one of his hobbies but he also enjoys paintball and trying to golf.

	Patrick Fields Accounting Manager We are very pleased to introduce Patrick Fields to everyone. Patrick will be the Accounting Manager for ERMCO, Inc. Patrick is graduate of the Indiana University Kelly School of Business. He received a BS in Accounting with a minor in Psychology. He also earned an AS in Business Administration from Vincennes University and has 7 years accounting experience. Two of those 7 years were spent in the construction industry with Circle City Asphalt and five in the hospitality industry with The Westin Indianapolis. Patrick was also a stay-at-home father for a year and a half. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and cheering on the Colts and the IU basketball team. We welcome Patrick to the ERMCO team!

	Bill Kromann Director, Human Resources We are very pleased to introduce Bill Kromann to everyone. Bill will be the Human Resources Director for ERMCO, Inc. Bill has had a lot of experience working in Human Resources. He previously worked for 12 Years as the Director of Human Resources with 9200 employees for the Indiana Department of Corrections. He was also Human Resource Manager at Bristol Myers-Squibb for 7 years and Hallmark Cards for 4 years. He was also an Industrial Relations Analyst for 8 years with the Ford Motor Company. When Bill is not working he enjoys his position as an Officer in the Brickyard Crossing Men's Club.

	Brian Wilkerson Communication Project Coordinator We are very pleased to introduce Brian Wilkerson to everyone. Brian is the new Communication Project Coordinator for ERMCO, Inc. Brian joined the laborers union right out of high school. He later joined the telecom industry and has been a part of that sector for 15 years. He and his wife Susan, and their two kids, son Brett 17, and daughter Taylor 14 live in Trafalgar on a small quarter horse farm. Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling with the horses, trail riding and camping. We welcome Brian to the ERMCO team!
