We are very pleased to introduce Bill Kromann to everyone. Bill will be the Human Resources Director for ERMCO, Inc.

Bill has had a lot of experience working in Human Resources. He previously worked for 12 Years as the Director of Human Resources with 9200 employees for the Indiana Department of Corrections. He was also Human Resource Manager at Bristol Myers-Squibb for 7 years and Hallmark Cards for 4 years. He was also an Industrial Relations Analyst for 8 years with the Ford Motor Company.

When Bill is not working he enjoys his position as an Officer in the Brickyard Crossing Men's Club.
