ERMCO's New Field Advisory Council
Establishing a successful company such as ERMCO is only half the battle. Maintaining a successful company is equally important. To keep ERMCO on top of its game, constant strides are made to better understand the business. To do this, every aspect of the company needs to be reviewed and analyzed.
Recently, a field advisory council was established, consisting of leaders in the field to keep the managers of ERMCO abreast of field issues and concerns. It is beneficial for the managers to walk the jobs on a regular basis to see the projects coming together but it is vitally important to have someone who actually works in the field every day bringing information and concerns to light.
The committee consists of six craftsmen from the field who will meet every other month to discuss ways to improve the field operations. The volunteers are Greg Phillips, Kenny Alsup, Dave Kessler Jr., Chad Lovitt, Scott Darling and Matt Thrine. If anyone has any suggestions for company improvement, please seek out any of the volunteers to voice your opinions.
