ERMCO, Inc. is dedicated to assisting our customers in meeting their goals concerning MBE/WBE utilization and the development of viable minority contractors and suppliers. ERMCO, Inc. has been known for many years as a leader in the area of promoting and nurturing MBE/WBE contractors and suppliers in the area of electrical construction.

Over the past few months, some of our employees were involved in different events meant to increase diversity involvement in the construction industry in Indiana. In April, Darrell Gossett, President of ERMCO, was a presenter at a diversity workshop for the Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority. David Peterson, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, was a panelist at the Economic Development Roundtable Discussion during the Black Expo's Summer Celebration.

Most recently, two of our project managers, Chad Bell and Ron Jones, taught an electrical estimating class at an IPS MBE/WBE Competitive Bidding Workshop. This event was aimed at Indiana MBE/WBE firms who would be interested in bidding on work for the latest phase of the Indianapolis Public School's construction projects.
