Jim Tsareff serves as Vice President of Corporate Operations and has been with ERMCO for 31 years. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of corporate polcy in the area of construction operations and estimating.

Jim is a graduate of the IEJATC Apprenticeship Program, has earned a Master of Business Administration, Business Management from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology from Purdue University.

Current industry positions include: NECA Representative and Trustee; AGC of Indiana Board of Directors; Member IBEW Local #481.
