ERMCO performed the electrical installation for a new 110,000 square foot assisted living facility located on 12 acres in Fishers, Indiana. The facility features one and two-bedroom assisted living apartments complete with kitchens, as well as short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support care. Hamilton Trace also provides state of the art physical, speech, and occupational therapy services. Residents and guests can enjoy several dining venues, a theatre, numerous activities spaces, a beauty/barber shop, and outdoor courtyards.
The new facility will has an emergency generator, a lighting control system and energy efficient LED recess lighting. Each specialized wing of the building has its own set of lighting, power, emergency, fire alarm, lighting control, and telecom panels and equipment.
Safety and security of the residents/patients is a priority for the Hamilton Trace facility. With this in mind, the facility features a Patient Wandering system and 2-way nurses communication in all rooms and apartments.
