Jim Tsareff serves as Vice President of Construction Operations. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of corporate policy in the area of construction operations and estimating.

Jim is a graduate of the IEJATC Apprenticeship Program, has earned a Master of Business Administration, Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology from Purdue University.

Current industry positions include: NECA Representative and Trustee; Advisory Board Member for a local MBE/WBE firm; Member IBEW Local #481.
