Jim Tsareff currently serves as Executive Vice President for ERMCO.  He has been in the industry since 1975 and started his career at ERMCO in 1976.  He has served in many roles throughout the company including Project Manager, Account Manager, Estimator, and Vice President of Construction Operations. He is also on the ERMCO Board of Directors.

He is a graduate of the IEJATC Apprenticeship Program, has earned a Master of Business Administration, Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology from Purdue University.

Current industry positions include: NECA Representative and Trustee; Advisory Board Member for a local MBE/WBE firm; Member IBEW Local #481.
