As Director of Health and Safety, JD is responsible for ensuring that all safety requirements are met at jobsites and establish a safe work environment for all employees. JD has developed a wide understanding of safety practices in construction based industries throughout his career. He has recognized experience in risk management, loss control, and worker compensation. He also possesses proven skill in leadership, communication, and training.

JD has completed the following safety training:

AGC of Indiana Excavation Safety Course; AGC of Indiana Confined Space Course; Zurich Controlled, Risk and Management; Safety Management Group Fall Protection ; Safety Management Group, Recordkeeping Requirements; Metropolitan Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Scaffold Training; OSHA Construction 30-Hour Course; OSHA Construction 10-Hour Course; OSHA 500 Certified Trainer Course (Construction); 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Operator; Certified CPR/First Aid ; Certified Substance Abuse Training; Train the Trainer JLG Aerial Work Platform and Telehandler, NFPA 70E.
