The Gibson Building

The Gibson Building is located 2 blocks north of the parent company, One America. The 125,000 square foot renovated structure originally housed the Gibson Automotive Company. One America presently occupies approximately 50% of the building. The core is a product of MNA Engineering while the build out was a design and build ERMCO project. This building allows both office and retail space.

The facility is provided with emergency power via a 500KW generator. Sitting at the corner of Capital and Michigan, the remaining ¾ of a city block allows for ample well lit parking.

Lauth Property Headquarters

Indianapolis, Indiana

Meridian Corporate Plaza Two has recently opened and is the second of three buildings located in the mixed-use park on the northside of Indianapolis. Lauth's headquarters is housed in the 340,000 square foot building.

Construction on buildings One and Three is expected to be complete this spring.

ERMCO replaced the parking lot lighting for building one, performed design build assist for buildings two and three.

Forum Credit Union Expansion

Fishers, Indiana

The Forum Credit Union Expansion project more than tripled current facilities to a total of 155,000 square feet.

The new expansion includes employee office space, office space for small and emerging businesses and a 700-seat conference center that is leased for events such as company meetings, weddings and business seminars.

The building also houses Forum Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary that produces innovative software solutions for the credit union and financial industry.

ERMCO, Inc. completed the sitework and electrical installation for this four-story office building.

Work included power, lighting, cable tray, fire alarm, security and communications rough-in.

WellPoint (Anthem Insurance Headquarters)

Indianapolis

The WellPoint (Anthem Insurance Headquarters) project was a new office construction. ERMCO's work on the project included original installation of Voice & Data Cabling and Fiber & Copper Backbone. ERMCO also performs all daily T&M and MAC work.

When completed, this project included two five-floor buildings to be used as the headquarters for Anthem Insurance.
