This project consisted of six stories of hotel space including 250 rooms and 15 suites. The main level included a large kitchen, full service restaurant and bar, retail space and a 25,000 square foot conference and event venue.

The new Hotel was connected to the existing Casino by a new sky-way which allows easy access from the Hotel to the Casino Boat without having to walk outside. The project also included two ground level parking lots with site lighting and security cameras.

The most difficult challenge on this project was the aggressive schedule; from start to finish there was 12 months allotted for completion. Through the efforts of everyone, the base project finished on time only leaving last minute space changes to finish up shortly after.
