The Dick's Sporting Goods Distribution Center Project involved a $35 million expansion of a Midwest regional distribution center acquired in their purchase of Galyans. ERMCO's work on the project included Lighting Controls, Fire Alarm System, Generator, Emergency Power Systems, and Power Distribution.

Completed in 2006, the expansion allows Dick's Sporting Goods to service up to 230 stores from this location, compared to 100 stores before the expansion.

PacMoore Foods

This design-build project was a new dry food sorting and packaging facility for the PacMoore company. ERMCO's work on the project included Electrical, Telecom Systems, Fire Alarm, Security, Processing System, Bulk Load and Unload Systems, Mixing and Packing Rooms, Power Distribution, Control Centers, Motors,and POC Work in both the original shell and office and also the production facility.

The new facility has 105,000 square feet of food-grade production and warehouse space; indoor rail access allowing its customers to deliver food ingredients in bulk; a 5,000 square foot attached office; and enough acreage to allow for an additional 200,000 square feet of expansion.

Park 100 Foods

The Park 100 Foods renovation project received the 2006 Associated General Contractors of Indiana's Build Indiana Award in the renovation category. ERMCO provided the electrical for the CMS packaging and meat processing systems and refrigerators and freezers on this project.

This project was the manufacturing complex for Park 100 Food's Kettle Processed Foods Plant. The facility provides flexible manufacturing for many types of food processing.

Foxconn Manufacturing Facility

Plainfield, Indiana

This project is a manufacturing plant for Foxconn, an electronics manufacturer. ERMCO provided the electrical work for this Design/Build project. Other work on the project completed by ERMCO included the Fire Alarm System and the Parking Lot Lighting.


The plant, located in Plainfield, was a relocation from the Indianapolis facilities. The building is used to manufacture Hewlett Packard computer products.

Baxter Pharmaceuticals

This project was a new manufacturing facility for Baxter Pharmaceuticals. ERMCO provided Electrical, Voice & Data Infrastructure and the Fire Alarm System for the project which included a Pharmadule shell, utility space with refrigerators and freezers, laboratories, and administrative offices.

The 120,000 sq .ft. building supports additional lines for syringe filling and vial filling. The facility will also accommodate the addition of various laboratories and administrative offices.
