ERMCO, Inc. provided a complete wiring package for a new 507,000 square foot high school. The building has multiple academic wings for classrooms including a dark room and lecture style room. The athletic amenities include 2 baseball and 2 softball diamonds, a practice and competition soccer fields, 2 practice and a competition football field, a track along with an area for shot put and discus, a main gym including three full size basketball courts and automatic bleachers, 10 outdoor lighted tennis courts, a full size indoor pool, and a wrestling room. There is also an auxiliary gym with a full basketball court, indoor track, and indoor batting cages as well as a full cardio room and weight room inside the school.
Other interesting features of the school include the state of the art auditorium with flexible lighting and sound capabilities and a large prop shop area. Each of the classrooms has a projector with capabilities to link to teacher's computers or back to the large media center. There is also a courtyard for students accessible only from inside the school and this along with all areas of the building includes uniquely designed lighting fixtures.

Franklin Community High School

Franklin Community High School is a huge 473,563 square foot facility. It has a three story auditorium with a 3,300 square foot stage and state of the art professional caliber light dimming and control system. Intercom stations located in the control room, on the stage, in the light booths and in the orchestra pit to enable the students to plug headsets with microphones directly into these stations and have audio communications with each other at all times. The auditorium will seat approximately 660 people.
There is a 7,200 square foot Media Center/Library, a 7,500 square foot cafeteria and a 1,200 square foot greenhouse. In addition to the 92 classrooms, an Olympic size pool with motorized bulkhead, two gymnasiums, a football field complete with astro-turf as well as two practice fields, varsity and JV baseball, soccer and softball fields as well as 10 tennis courts and some 15 out-buildings to house sport's equipment.

ERMCO completed the Electrical and Telecommunications work for the remodel of Arlington High School. Work on this project included Electrical Upgrades for a new Air Conditioning System, All New Technology Installation, and New Lighting. All of the Power Panels and Outlets were also replaced.
