Rod has gained ample experience in accounting in all aspects of the field of accounting throughout his career. Controller, Rod directs the administration of ERMCO's Book Keeping and Internal Controls System to provide accurate financial information to internal staff and external entities on a timely basis, while safeguarding company assets.

Rod is currently a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA).
