FIELD ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Field Advisory Committee is an example of how ERMCO is fulfilling the vision to be a leader in the electrical industry. The composition and responsibilities of the committee combines a proactive approach and is often used as a model for other construction industry firms. The accountability for management and field personnel is reflected in each jobsite safety record, the company EMR rate and individual performance (i.e. internal safety awards, reprimands or lack thereof).
The members of this committee are field representatives from each group within ERMCO (Large Contracts, Specialty Contracts and Communications) along with the Health & Safety Director, Director of Field Operations, and the Vice President of Corporate Operations. This committee formulates and updates safety policies, secures corporate education and conducts safety training.
