The composition and responsibilities of the ERMCO In-House Safety Committee combines a proactive approach and is often used as a model for other construction industry firms.

The members of this committee are field representatives from each group within ERMCO along with JD Kyle, Health & Safety Director; Greg Gossett, VP Corporate Operations; Dick Roberts and Chris Stevens, Safety Coordinators; Wes Taylor, Director of Field Operations.

This committee formulates and updates safety policies, secures corporate education and conducts safety training. Every jobsite is inspected twice a month by a committee member on a rotating schedule.
