At ERMCO, every member of our field team must complete a detailed Safety Cirriculum above and beyond what is required by the Apprenticeship program. Each employee must display a true commitment to working safe.

The Safety Curriculum Training Program, a collaborative effort of ERMCO personnel, has been implemented which increases the mandatory safety training requirements for management personnel by an additional 30 hours.

New hires or craft personnel returning to ERMCO have stated that the level of safety we demand on our jobsites is unmatched in the industry. ERMCO is the only contractor to demand 100% PPE (hardhats, safety glasses and gloves) on all jobs at all times.

Each employee knows that ERMCO will demand that safe practices be followed whether someone is watching or the owner has mandated it. Returning Foreman also recognize that they will not have to choose between jobsite performance and safety.
