CCS CRYSTAL EAGLE EXCELLENCE IN SAFETY AWARD
The “Crystal Eagle” is the highest honor that the Coalition for Construction Safety (CCS) can bestow. CCS recognizes companies and individuals for outstanding commitment to construction jobsite safety. Judges were impressed by ERMCO's overall commitment to safety excellence as well as our strong support of corporate ethics.

NECA PROJECT EXCELLENCE AWARD
ERMCO was recognized by the National Electrical Contractors Association with a 2018 NECA Project Excellence Award in the “Educational Over $1 Million” category. ERMCO provided electrical services, in collaboration with our South Bend partner Koontz-Wagner, for the Nanovic Hall project, which brings together the University of Notre Dame’s social sciences programs into one new facility.

#3 LARGE COMPANY
FAMILY, FUN, FREEDOM – are the words used most by employees to describe ERMCO. Positive feedback on engagement, career opportunities and benefits ranked us as #3 Large Company and made this our eighth consecutive year in the Top Ten. ERMCO also earned the Special Training Award, based on standout scores related to training. Of the ninety companies who received top rankings in three size categories, ERMCO was once again the only construction contractor in the large category.

TOP NOTCH STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS
The Top Notch Labor Management Foundation Award recognizes the partnership required between labor and management to improve job sites, the industry and the community. ERMCO received the 2018 award, which was also renamed in honor the late ERMCO Chairman Darrell Gossett to the Darrell Gossett Labor Management Foundation Award.
