The Duke Energy Center stands out in the skyline of the city with a series of glistening metal panels set at angles along the western facade that shine alongside the interstate, spelling out C-I-N-C-I-N-N-A-T-I in 50-foot-tall letters.

The Cincinnati convention center project included an expansion, renovation, and reconfiguration of the existing building which created  200,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space including 31 deluxe meeting breakout rooms, and a 40,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom . Amenities included in the Convention center are programmable electronic signage, state-of-the-art fiber optics voice, data and internet capabilities, and upgraded audio/visual systems.

ERMCO, Inc. and United Electric Co. worked together to provide the voice data, audio/visual, security, and paging systems for this project.
