Upon completion of larger projects and during the close out process ERMCO can bring in a team to work directly with the owner and/or owner’s representative to assist with additional small projects and changes with the new facility.
This team consists of an account manager and a service technician who are familiar with the new facility. The service technician works with the construction team the last few weeks of the project and becomes familiar with the facility and facility managers. The account manager is available for pricing small project and budgeting if required.
This process provides the owner with a single point of contact for additional projects and revisions. There is also a level of comfort which comes from knowing that your new project team is already familiar with the facility and the benefit of time savings that comes from that familiarity.
