Greg Gossett, President and CEO of ERMCO, Inc. is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from the Indianapolis Electrical JATC Apprenticeship Program in 1985 and soon after began his 30 year career at ERMCO, an Indianapolis based electrical and systems contracting firm started by his father in 1962. As President and CEO of ERMCO, Greg is responsible for management of the executive team and is responsible for insuring the ongoing long-term viability of the company by monitoring and directing all facets of the company’s activities.
Executive Vice President and COO
David Peterson, Executive Vice President and COO of ERMCO, Inc. joined the industry in 1994 and began his career at ERMCO in 2000. He has served in various roles with ERMCO's systems group as well as Director of Business Development, Vice President of Business Development & Marketing and Senior Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, Estimating and Preconstruction. In his current role, David is responsible for overseeing construction operations from business development and marketing on to estimating and preconstruction and through final construction and maintenance. David has served in various roles in the industry and community, including recent roles as Indiana Subcontractors Association President and Ronald McDonald House Board of Directors.
As CFO, Chad directs the administration of ERMCO's Accounting, Human Resources and I.T. departments. Chad has gained ample experience in accounting in all aspects of the field of accounting while earning his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at the University of Indianapolis and throughout his career in the construction industry. Chad joined the ERMCO team in 2016. Chad's industry affiliations include: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) and CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association)
Vice President, Construction Support Operations
As Vice President of Construction Support Operations, Adam is responsible for ERMCO’s Preconstruction, Estimating, Virtual Design and Construction, Prefabrication, and Service Center departments. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, specializing in Electrical Construction Management. Adam began his career with ERMCO in 2000 and has served in several roles including Estimator, Project Engineer, Account Manager, VDC Engineer, and most recently Director of Construction Services. Adam enjoys advancing the construction industry through his participation with the ACE Mentor Program of Indiana, the National Electrical Contractors Association, and ELECTRI International.
