This residential housing project wass the first of its kind at IUPUI. The student housing consists of 9 buildings with 350 apartments. Features include a common room, meeting rooms, access control system, networked fire alarm systems and a parking facility. ERMCO, Inc.'s Pre-Fabrication department constructed the branch wiring which demonstrated planning and efficiency.
