ERMCO provided a complete design build solution for a new food processing plant and corporate headquarters building. The project included demolition of the existing plant and construction of a new plant all done while the daily operations continued. The 59,000 square foot manufacturing plant is supported by 2-3000 ampere 480 volt services. Areas included are product preparation, cook room, cryovac area, spiral freezers, pack off, dock, and storage freezer.


The new corporate headquarters building houses the executive staff along with other key personnel. Included also are conference areas, research and development, and a test kitchen. Systems included are telecom, security, access control, fire detector, CCTV, and ammonia detection.
