Each year at our awards celebration, we have the opportunity to thank our IBEW 481 team members for the amazing job they do. Team members are recognized for their leadership efforts in safety, efficiency, production and quality. Individuals are nominated by company management and by their peers.
Due to the pandemic, this year's celebration dinner had to be cancelled, but we still were able to recognize our award winners. Award winners were invited for a socially distanced lunch and the presentation was live streamed to our entire team.
