Due the current pandemic, we were unable to host our 2020 charity golf outing, but still wanted to support some of our employees' favorite charities that impact the communities where they live and work and/or that impact the construction industry.
We received many great nominations and recently held a check presentation where each employee gave a brief presentation on Zoom for our team about why they nominated the charity. Below you can read more about each of our nominated charities that all received donations this year!
NATIONAL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY, Indiana Chapter

Indiana chapter: https://www.nationalmssociety.org/Chapters/INI MS is an unpredictable disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information between the brain and body. Currently there is no cure. The local MS chapter helps with information and support.
ERSKINE GREEN TRAINING INSTITUTE, The Arc Foundation

The Erskine Green Training Institute provides vocational training for people with disabilities that empower, lead to meaningful employment and enable financial independence. Adults of any age can apply.
CHANGING LIVES FOREVER PROGRAM, St. Vincent de Paul

ACE MENTOR PROGRAM OF INDIANA

The ACE Mentor Program is a partnership between local high schools and design and construction professionals. It provides opportunities for architects, engineers, and contractors to interact with high school students and encourage them to pursue careers in the construction industry.
FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP EDUCATION FOUNDATION

Random Acts of Flowers

Random Acts of Flowers delivers recycled flowers, encouragement and kindness to help improve the emotional health and well-being of individuals in healthcare facilities. Bouquets go those struggling with injury, illness and the aging process.
SOUTHPORT HIGH SCHOOL’S RILEY DANCE MARATHON

The Southport High School Riley Dance Marathon is one of the largest and longest running high school marathons. 100% of all donations go to Riley Hospital for Children and for every $1 donated, $10 in federal grant money is also given to Riley.
THE CREEK OUTREACH PROGRAM

The Creek Outreach program supports community members facing economic hardships by providing food and supplies and by paying rent or utilities to help families stay in their homes while they are unable to work due to closure or illness. 100% of the outreach donations go to people in need.
JESUIT CONFERENCE OF ASIA PACIFIC

The Jesuit Conference of Asia Pacific supports the Society of Jesus in 16 countries in Asia and the Pacific. It initiates and implements projects across the region and supports projects within the smaller regions and missions.
INDIANA TRAIL RIDERS ASSOCIATION

The Indiana Trail Riders Association promotes trail riding and equine activities in Indiana and the surrounding area. It helps improve trails and campgrounds, and sponsors and organizes workdays at several recreational properties to help maintain their natural beauty and keep it available for the future.
