For the seventh year in a row, ERMCO has been recognized as a top workplace, this year as number 1. In survey responses, the company is described as family- and team-oriented, as a place where employees are given the freedom to do the job and do it right. TOP NOTCH STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS

The Top Notch Contractor of the Year Award program has applicants from many of Indiana’s general contractors and trade subcontractors. The Top Notch jury noted ERMCO’s focus on innovation which allows us to consistently deliver well on a job site, our strong safety rating and safety education program, and our move to an ESOP. As an employee-owned company, everyone is motivated to moving the company forward.

The Top Notch Labor Management Foundation Award recognizes a partnership that brings together labor and management to improve a job site, the industry or the community. This year, the jury was inspired by the ERMCO-IBEW 481 partnership to secure and successfully perform the 360 Market Square project.
