BUILD YOUR EXPERIENCE

ERMCO internships give students the opportunity to gain real-world experience, learn from industry professionals and explore the many career paths available in construction. Whether your interests are in the office or in the field, you’ll be part of the team and gain experience that goes beyond the classroom.

FIELD INTERNSHIPS

Our field internship program is designed as an early introduction to the construction industry for college-bound and first-year college students. Interns work alongside ERMCO field professionals to gain hands-on experience, build foundational skills and learn how electrical construction happens on a project.

Students who complete the program are preferred candidates for future ERMCO internships, including office positions the following summer.
