This year, our Fabrication department has been a driving force behind the success of over 130 projects across the country, completing an impressive 23,097 man hours as of November, with a projected 62–65% increase over last year.
Fabrication plays a crucial role in supporting both the field team and clients by providing high-quality assemblies that reduce on-site labor and material handling. Key benefits of our fabrication capabilities include increased installation efficiency, cost-effective assemblies, faster turnaround times, and improved safety by working in a controlled environment. From wire spooling and conduit bends to custom control panels and safety products, our team delivers tailored solutions that meet the fast-paced demands of today’s construction projects while reducing waste and enhancing overall project success.

INVESTING IN INNOVATION FOR EFFICIENT OPERATIONS AND ENHANCED CLIENT RESULTS
This year, we invested in two cloud-based software solutions, Remarcable and Rivet, to streamline our operations and deliver even more efficient, transparent service to our clients. Remarcable simplifies material requests, prefab ordering, and equipment management, replacing manual processes with a fully electronic system that boosts communication between our teams and vendors. This allows us to move faster and more accurately on projects.
Rivet is a labor tool that enables our team to schedule and track field personnel, access certifications, and manage project details from any device. This solution ensures we have the right resources in place, while also giving us the ability to track manpower for both active and future projects. Together, these tools improve visibility, streamline operations, and ultimately help us deliver projects with greater efficiency and client satisfaction.

From their commitment to completing projects with excellence and safety, to volunteering their time and resources for charitable causes, to driving leadership within ERMCO and industry organizations, our employees continually elevate our company, industry, and communities. In 2024, ERMCO and our incredible team have made a meaningful impact, contributing time, expertise, and over $130,000, including an all-time high of $70,000 raised at our annual charity golf outing!
This was our first year to participate in the Indy Sports Corp. Corporate Challenge, and our team really showed up! With first place finishes in tug-of-war and corn hole and top participation efforts, we came away with 3rd place in our division. It was a fun couple days of team building and competition and we are already looking forward to next year.
