Through our partnership with RecycleForce, ERMCO recycles cardboard, electronic waste, and other recyclable materials generated throughout our business. While cardboard can be processed and returned to manufacturing streams, electronic waste follows a far more complex journey.
Computers, monitors, telecommunications equipment, and other electronic devices contain valuable materials including plastics, metals, and components that can be recovered and reused. Many electronics also contain critical minerals and rare earth elements that are essential to modern infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technologies. Rather than allowing those resources to end up in landfills, RecycleForce helps recover them and return them to productive use.

As an employment social enterprise, RecycleForce uses revenue generated through recycling operations to provide paid transitional employment, workforce training, industry-recognized certifications, and career placement services for returning citizens. Since its founding, RecycleForce has safely recycled more than 100 million pounds of electronic waste while helping individuals rebuild careers and establish a stronger foundation for the future.
