A Letter from David Peterson, CEO and President: Executive Level Transition at ERMCO

Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

I'm excited to share news regarding significant transitions at ERMCO. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are thrilled to announce changes in our executive leadership team that will further strengthen our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Greg Gossett being given a standing ovation at his final staff meeting before retirement

After 40 years of service, our respected CEO, Greg Gossett, has decided to retire. Under Greg’s leadership, we have seen unprecedented growth and have become the go-to electrical, low voltage, and automation contractor on multifaceted projects at home and across the country. He has played a pivotal role in our company's success, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering dedication and leadership. Greg has been a business partner, mentor, and friend. I am happy to say that Greg will continue to provide guidance in his role as the Chairman of the ERMCO Board.

I am also pleased to announce that two of our senior team members are joining the ERMCO executive team as Vice Presidents of Operations, Mike Summers and Kris Ashcraft. They each bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization. I have full confidence in Mike’s and Kris’ strengths as leaders and that they will continue to drive us to be the best team in our industry.

Mike Summers | Vice President of Operations – Industrial, Service, and Automation

Mike has been with ERMCO since 1998 and in the industry for 35 years. He has served as a Foreman, Project Engineer, Industrial Operations Manager, and most recently as Senior Operations Team Leader.

Kris Ashcraft | Vice President of Operations – Commercial, Healthcare, and Low Voltage

Kris has been a part of the industry for over 20 years and with ERMCO since 2007. He has served as an Account Manager, Director of Special Projects, and most recently as Senior Operations Team Leader.

As I step into the role of CEO, I am intent on ensuring the success of our strategic plan and our long-term goals. These goals will allow us to continue to provide the best customer service, quality, and safety, all at a competitive value. I am confident this transition will strengthen our ability to meet and exceed your expectations. For the last 61 years our clients have always come first and that will never change. We appreciate your partnership throughout the years and are truly excited about the journey ahead of us!

Thanks again and I wish you and your family a Happy and Safe 2024!

Best Regards,

David
