ERMCO Announces New Vice President

ERMCO is excited to announce Adam Rude has been promoted to Vice President of Construction Support Operations.


“Adam brings a tremendous amount of experience and insight, and has been an important part of the company’s growth over the last 20 years. As ERMCO continues to grow, Adam’s experience leading teams, driving process, and ensuring decisions are client-focused will be invaluable,” Greg Gossett, ERMCO President and CEO.


Adam has been a part of the construction industry for almost 25 years and with ERMCO since 2000. In that time, he has served in several roles including estimator, project engineer, account manager, VDC Engineer and most recently as Director of Construction Services. Under his leadership, the company’s Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team has grown from a staff of 3 to the current 11 VDC engineers, providing innovative solutions for ERMCO clients. He has also overseen the expansion of ERMCO’s prefabrication capabilities, proactively working with account managers and clients to find ways to improve efficiencies and safety on the job site.


In his new role as Vice President of Construction Support Operations, Adam will manage Estimating and Preconstruction Services in addition to Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Prefabrication, and the ERMCO Service Center.
