ERMCO Hall of Fame | 2022 Class

Established in 2012 as a part of our 50-Year Celebration, the ERMCO Hall of Fame recognizes company founders and those following them who have continued to build and nurture the culture that sets us apart. For our 60th Anniversary, nine former ERMCO employees will be honored as the newest members.

 

Dave Bracken

During his 29 years as a member of the ERMCO team, Dave managed multiple types of work and served in many positions. He played a vital role in establishing ERMCO’s reputation as a sports facility expert, managing stadiums and arenas in the Indy market and around the country.

Donna Glass

As a 22-year ERMCO team member, Donna served in several administrative capacities, finishing her career as the Executive Admin. Known for her tremendous attitude and great demeanor, she was key in developing and nurturing our great culture.


Ron Jones

Throughout his 30-year career with ERMCO, Ron served as the service team manager and as an account manager, creating many great customer relationships that continue today. He was key in maintaining our reputation as a leader in electrical emergency services.

Evelyn Keller

In her 29-year career as a key member of ERMCO’s accounting team, Evelyn was a conduit between overhead and field operations. She ensured the field payroll process operated at the highest levels.


Bruce Kuhn

Bruce, a 31-year ERMCO team member, served in multiple field and overhead roles. Instrumental in nurturing many industrial electrical accounts, Bruce was key in helping develop and grow our Systems Operations group. He served as a mentor to everyone he engaged with.

Glenn Shoemaker

Glenn spent 27 years as a part of the ERMCO organization. He set the gold standard as a part of our Service Team, creating and maintaining great customer relationships. As a wireman and project foreman, Glenn provided the highest level of mentorship to every member of the ERMCO team.


Wes Taylor

During his a 20-years with ERMCO, Wes served as an apprentice, wireman, foreman, account manager, and our Director of Field Operations. In each position, he offered 100% effort and was integral in forming our success and building our culture, helping make us the leader in our industry.


Matt Thrine

In 33 years as a leader at ERMCO, Matt served as a service tech and foreman as well as an account manager, overseeing many types of projects. Matt nurtured and built great customer relationships in every position held. He embodied the qualities of a servant leader and was a role model for all that he interacted with.

Bill Wadleigh

Bill Wadleigh

Serving as both a Project Manager and an Estimator during his 32-year career with ERMCO, Bill was instrumental in supporting our acquisition of Sanborn of Florida and successfully managing the work at Disney’s Pleasure Island. As an estimator, Bill played a major role in many significant projects and acted as a mentor to every member of the estimating team.

 

All Hall of Fame members were ERMCO employees for 20 years or more and left the company in good standing. The honorees were chosen by a peer group of current employees, each with a minimum of 20 years of service. The qualities sought in Hall of Fame members include:

  • Respect for and from fellow employees

  • Loyalty to the company and management team

  • Ongoing personal and company improvement

  • Support of ERMCO’s community spirit

  • Display high regard for ERMCO externally and internally

  • Nurture long-term customer relationships

  • Strive for company profitability

  • Protect the company’s reputation

  • Share ERMCO’s passion for ethics and integrity

  • Embody ERMCO’s mission, vision and values
