Each year, at the annual ERMCO Celebration Dinner, we have the opportunity to thank our IBEW 481 team members for the amazing job they do. Team members are recognized for their leadership efforts in safety, efficiency, production and quality. Individuals are nominated by company management and by their peers. ERMCO is proud to recognize the following staff for outstanding performance and leadership.
CHUCK SHULL | ACCOUNT MANAGER LEADERSHIP AWARD
Chuck is the recipient of the first annual Account Manager Leadership Award. This award recognizes an Account Manager who is committed to working with field leadership to create a safe and efficient jobsite. Chuck’s positive attitude reinforces ERMCO’s safety and efficiency culture. He has been with ERMCO for 26 years and currently leads ERMCO’s Columbus Group.
GREG CULLISON | ELECTRICAL SAFETY SOLIDARITY AWARD
Greg received the Electrical Safety Solidarity Award. He encourages his crews to work towards zero incidents by focusing on quality, safety and teamwork. He doesn’t consider himself successful unless his teams are successful. Together, they deliver outstanding service for the client. Greg has been with ERMCO since 2010, he is currently the Foreman for the Market Square Tower project.
JASON PENDLETON | SYSTEMS SAFETY SOLIDARITY AWARD
Jason received the Systems Safety Solidarity Award in recognition of his outstanding efforts to be the safest craftsperson and a safety leader. Jason joined ERMCO in 2012, he is a BICSCI technician and has systesm-related certifications through Panduit and CommScope. His experience includes work for Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, IUPUI, and the University of Kentucky.
STEVE POTEET | ELECTRICAL CRAFTSPERSON OF THE YEAR
Steve is the Electrical Craftsperson of the Year. He is recognized for proactively communicating issues and working with the team to develop solutions. He performs his work with energy and enthusiasm and expects his coworkers to do the same. Steve started at ERMCO in 2004 and has worked on projects for Riley Hospital, Indianapolis International Airport, IUPUI and Covance.
SHAWN SCOTT | ELECTRICAL FIELD LEADERSHIP AWARD
Shawn received the Electrical Field Leadership Award. He is well organized and respected by his crews and maintains good relationships with the general contractors and other trade professionals. He enjoys mentoring future field leadership team members. With ERMCO since 2003, Shawn has worked on projects for Rolls Royce, Eskenazi Health and the Carmel Performing Arts Center.
JARED KLINGLER | SYSTEMS CRAFTSPERSON OF THE YEAR
Jared was awarded the Systems Craftsperson of the Year. He exemplifies what a craftsperson should be, hard working with attention to detail. Jared joined ERMCO in 2009. He is an Ivy Tech graduate and a Certified Technology Specialist with CTS and CTS-I certifications. His experience includes work for Victory Field, Park 100 Foods, Roche Diagnostics and the University of Kentucky.
ESTEN BURTON | SYSTEMS FIELD LEADERSHIP AWARD
Esten received the Systems Field Leadership Award. Recognized for his excellent leadership abilities, he is able to coordinate his team to avoid non-productive time. Esten embraces ERMCO’s safety policies and encourages others to do the same. Esten joined ERMCO in 2007 and has worked on projects for the IU Health, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indianapolis Children’s Museum.
