ERMCO has been named #3 Large Company in central Indiana’s “Top Workplaces 2018” by the IndyStar AND received a special award for Training. This is our eighth year in a row finishing in the Top Ten! Of the ninety companies who received top rankings in three size categories, ERMCO was once again the only construction contractor in the large category.
ERMCO received the Training Award this year as well. This special category is awarded based on standout scores received from employees specifically related to training.
The Indianapolis Star Top Workplaces rankings are based on survey responses addressing areas such as employee engagement, company leadership, alignment, effectiveness, compensation and benefits. Almost 18,000 employees from 125 central Indiana organizations participated in the survey process.
FAMILY, FUN, FREEDOM – are the three words used most by employees to describe ERMCO.
