ERMCO Named One of the Fastest-Growing Companies in Central Indiana

We’re excited to share that ERMCO has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Fast 25 list for 2025, coming in at #16. The list recognizes the top 25 fastest-growing privately held companies in Central Indiana, based on revenue growth over a three-year period. 

Being included among so many impressive companies is a meaningful milestone. More than anything, it’s a testament to the people who make ERMCO what it is. Our growth is driven by the skill, collaboration, and commitment of our team, from the union craftworkers who bring projects to life in the field to the dedicated professionals supporting them in the office.

Over the last several years, we’ve taken intentional steps to grow in ways that reflect our values. That means prioritizing safety, delivering quality work, building strong client relationships, and fostering a workplace where people are proud of what they do every day.

Our 63-year journey has taken us from a three-person service contractor in central Indiana to one of the largest electrical contractors working across the country. This recognition is just one more step in that story, built on the foundation of those who came before us, and carried forward by the team we have today.
